The Prolisa™ C. difficile GDH EIA Kit is a testing kit for the qualitative detection of Clostridium difficile glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) in faecal specimens.
The Prolisa™ C. difficile GDH EIA is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of C. difficile GDH, in faecal samples. The strip wells contain immobilized mouse monoclonal antibody and the immunoconjugate contains rabbit polyclonal antibodies conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.

Using The Prolisa™ C. difficile GDH EIA Kit is done in 6 easy steps.
First of all, you add 50ul of Immunoconjugate to the well.
Then you transfer 100µl of the diluted specimen to strip wells.
Add 100µl of Positive Control and Negative Control to the appropriate wells. Incubate for 60 min at room temp.
Wash 5x with 1X Wash Buffer (option available for automated plate washer, refer to IFU)
Add 100µl of Substrate Solution to the wells. Incubate for 10 min at room temp.
Finally add 100µl of Stop Solution to the wells. Mix gently. Read results.
